Shoulder Harness Installation - a new FAA policy statement will make it easier for us to install shoulder harnesses in our old airplanes, without an STC. This link takes you to the FAA Policy Statement as posted in the Federal Register, June 14, 2000. Added 8/24/00
Tony Markl's Tailwheel Training Course - Tony instructs in an Aeronca L-16 and does fabric work on Maryland's Eastern Shore, right on the Delaware border. He's currennty recovering a Stinson Gullwing. Updated 12/26/01
